VantagePoint Concepts, LLC announced today it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Applied Visual Concepts, LLC.
Auburn Hills, MI – June 12, 2009 - VantagePoint Concepts, a leading provider of digital printing solutions, acquired Applied Visual Concepts, an industry leading UV cured digital printing company specializing in custom ceiling applications (Ceiling Scenes™) and custom frameless wall art (Dura Scenes™).

Applied Visual Concepts, based out of Holland, MI, is a company that provides innovative UV cured printing solutions that include printing on a wide variety of materials including glass, metal, plastic and custom ceiling tiles and light fixture lenses called Ceiling Scenes™.
Ceiling Scenes™ have become widely popular since their inception a few years ago and are used in a wide variety of places including medical and dental centers, universities, assisted-living complexes and much more.
To complement this line, Applied Visual Concepts introduced Dura Scenes™. Dura Scenes™ is a frameless wall art solution that is much more cost-effective and durable then traditional framed art. Each Dura Scene™ is printed on a closed cell thermoplastic tile that is 23 3/4" square, and only one millimeter thick. The thin profile prevents dust accumulation and doesn't extend out from the wall like traditional framed art. Dura Scenes™ are washable using alcohol and antiseptic spray making them an ideal solution for environments where cleanliness is a priority.
